The drama continues at the Nou Camp following a fall out between Lionel Messi and trainer Luis Enrique, with Catalan television TV3 claiming that Enrique as now a dead man walking after club president Bartomeu decided to support the Argentinian playmaker after Messi said it was either him or Enrique that would have to leave.
This all sparked rumours that Chelsea would be willing to sign the forward for what would have been a staggering £500 million in transfer fees and wages.
The television channel goes on to say that Messi has put forward Frank Rijkaard’s name as the man to come in and sort out the problems at the club, as it was the Dutchman who gave Messi his debut and supported the youngster during his time as manager.
All the Spanish media are now of the opinion that Enrique is finished and that he will walk following Sundays match with Atletico regardless of the result.
