Inter Milan is set to sign Manchester United target Fabian Schar who has also been on Arsenals radar following some fine performances for Basel in the Champions League.
The 22-year-old defender was pivotal in helping his club Basel to win the Swiss title last season adding to the interest from the Premiership duo that look likely to miss out on signing the Swiss youngster.
TalkSport is reporting that Inter Milan are ready to make their move after current centre back Andre Ranocchia has been targeted by Borussia Dortmund forcing Inter manager Walter Mazzarri to line up Schar as his replacement.
This news will come as yet another blow to united manager Moyes who needs to bring in new players to the clubs aging defence.
