Despite a terrible performance by the Gunners in their 0-2 loss in the capital One Cup to Chelsea at home, it was the poor display from Danish international Nicklas Bendtner that got the Gooners to react.
The striker seemed lost at times and had absolutely no confidence in front of goal preferring to lay off a poor pass rather than shoot for goal which any other striker would have done.
