According to Spanish newspaper Sport Barcelona has turned down a £55 million offer from Paris Saint-Germain for Spanish midfielder Sergio Busquets.
The paper claims that the powers that be at the Nou Camp immediately turned down the French clubs offer, and started work on a new contract that will see Busquets remain with the Catalan giants for years to come.
Sport also suggest that PSG were considering trying to sign Manchester City’s Yaya Toure but were put off by the age of the Ivory Coast international.
