Every time Falcao gets his name on the score sheet, his name automatically gets linked with top European clubs in mainstream media for a possible move outside the Spanish borders.

In the last league match, the Colombian striker was on target (versus Real Sociedad) and as consequence the 26-year-old bags the central attention in the gossip pages, yet again.

Sooner or later, the Spanish side will have to act to these incessant transfer pressures, and by that it means selling their prized asset elsewhere.

Given star striker Falcao’s explosive start to the season, it comes as no wonder that Atletico Madrid are already looking to fill the void if the striker leaves the club.

Chelsea, Manchester City and PSG are ready to splash the cash and trigger the release clause of £46million in the January transfer window.

Falcao, who has already scored 12 goals in eight appearances for Atletico this season, has expressed his desire to move on as reported by The Metro and the Spanish side are interested in signing Javier Hernandez from English giants Manchester United for an amount of £12 million.

Hernandez set the league ablaze when he joined Man Utd in 2010-11, netting 20 goals in his debut season, but injuries and loss of form the following year meant he could only appear 36 times in all competitions scoring 12 goals.

This season he has appeared only four times in the league scoring only one goal.

Fiorentina is the other team in the hunt for the Mexican starlet who has fallen behind Van Persie, Rooney and Welbeck in the pecking orders at Old Trafford.

But their offer reportedly is only £8m and as things stand, the Rojiblancos are firm favorites to sign Chicharito in the January transfer window.
