As we reported yesterday that rumours in Italy were linking AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli with a move summer to Arsenal there could be more truth to this than first thought with new sponsor Puma also favouring the move.
According to Italian broadcasters Mediaset Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has met with Mario Balotelli’s agent Mino Riola on Monday in London to discuss the possibility of the £25million rated striker moving to the Emirates.
The Italian international had to once more listen to racist abuse during Milan’s match with Napoli last week which is also fuelling speculation that he would like to leave Italy, and with talk of the initial negotiations going well Wenger might just have found the top class striker for Arsenal that he has been looking for.
