Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo has found a cool way to quickly recover from muscle injuries by installing a £45,000 Criosauna in his La Finca mansion.

The Madrid superstar has a crucial few weeks ahead of him starting tonight when Real Madrid takes on Juventus at home in the first leg of two Champions league matches, and a win tonight would almost virtually guarantee los Blancos qualification from the group stage after already winning their first two matches.

Then there is this season’s first Classico at the Nou Camp this coming Saturday a match Madrid would hope to at least draw if they are to have any chance of keeping up with Barcelona in la Liga.

Then the Portuguese winger must play for his country against Sweden and need to win if Ronaldo wants to play in next summer’s World Cup.

Reports from Spain are saying that Ronaldo has installed equipment in his home that is used in cryotherapy that freezes muscles at -200°C and aids in their recovery.

The practice is becoming increasingly popular with athletes looking for a quick way to return to sports following sprains and stretched muscles, and while most people go to a facility for treatment, Ronaldo buys one for his own home.
