Mario Balotelli

He may be the bad boy of football, but love him or hate him there is no denying that Mario is one of the world’s top strikers.

Due to his ability of finding trouble without having to look for it Italian Serie A side AC Milan have hired  former police officer  Filippo Ferri to make sure their leading striker stays out of trouble while off the pitch.

Super Mario is no stranger to publicity finding his photograph on the front page of newspapers almost as often as it is on the back with his most recent incident in Naples where he broke a reporter’s microphone.

He has also been cited for breaking any number of club rules which prompted the Rossoneri to hire Ferri in an attempt to keep the le enfant terrible out of trouble.

Ferri’s appointment comes just a few days after Balotelli’s agent Mino Raiola said that the striker was becoming disillusioned with life back in his native Italy.

“Raiola told Mediaset.”It’s not on. I don’t know if I’d be able to stand it all personally. We all need to calm down and we’ll analyse things with Milan.

“Certainly Italy will not be the final stage of his career, but we still have lots of years on his contract here and we don’t want to think that he has to leave for this reason.”

On hearing this AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani dismissed talk of Balotelli leaving Milan saying: ‘Raiola’s a sly guy, he likes to be provocative. I’ve known Mino for many years so I’m not worried.”
