Woodward flies home to complete a deal for Quality Barcelona forward

 

Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward flying home from the US to work on the deal that will bring Barcelona winger Pedro to Old Trafford according to reports.


Once the Catalan giants decided that they were prepared to let Pedro leave so that he could achieve his ambition of more first-team football, Manchester United have been working hard to put a deal together that will convince the 27-year-old to choose Manchester United over his other suitors.


Chelsea, Liverpool and, Arsenal have all been linked with the Spanish international, but it is Manchester United leading the race with an announcement expected on the future of the Barcelona winger, before United and Barcelona play a friendly in America next week.
