The £35m signing that will take Chelsea to the Champions League final

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly told Chelsea bosses to complete the transfer of Real Madrid’s Isco according to Fichajes.net.

Isco is just the kind of player that Chelsea needs in midfield, being highly tuned into what is going on around and as likely to score a goals as he is to notch up an assist.

The 23-year-old from Benalmadena was wanted at Manchester City by trainer Manuel Pellegrini who knows the player well from his time in charge at Malaga, but was disappointed on not being able to sign him for City when he had the chance, watching him move to Madrid instead where he has had mixed fortunes under then trainer Carlo Ancelotti.

The chances of Manchester City making a second approach for Isco is highly unlikely, but If the Blues were able to convince Real Madrid to sell he would go for not less than £35 million.
