When asked before yesterday’s friendly with Holland what he thought about the interest from Diego Simone’s Atletico Madrid the Spanish midfielder smiled saying: “Let’s see, what I’ve heard, like everyone, and questions go around. To date I have not heard from anyone, they are just rumours. And if I say the truth, I do not worry much. I worry about the Arsenal, where I’m fine. The future we’ll see.”
When asked if he though London was better than Madrid Cazorla replied: “No idea. I live in Hampstead in London, 15 minutes from downtown and 15 of the sports city, and I’m very comfortable. It is an ideal area for school children.”
When asked if Wenger ever gets angry he said: “Yup! I tell you! When enraged. Not everything is as nice or as quiet as it seems. When things do not go his way, drop us a fight. Normal.”

“That we lost the tie in the first leg. Has been difficult to digest, has been a huge frustration. At home we made serious mistakes, and we went to the Champions League with the feeling that, having played in Monaco as the two parties, we would have passed. But hey, removing the setback, the team is in a good dynamic, and we still have the Cup semi-final, which allow us to play a title.”
When asked again about leaving the Emirates Cazorla said: “In principle I have another year and another optional.”
Is that meant to be a warning for Arsenal?
“No, no. I say that I am very content and while the club values me as far as I will. Although I insist that in football you never know what will happen in the future.”
