A referee in the Kuwaiti Premier League lost the plot after awarding a dodgy penalty in Arabi’s 4-1 win over Al Nasar
Referee Saad Al Fadhli was on the spot to award the penalty, which as you will see in the video looked a bit harsh given the foul, and the call incited the Al Naser players who all surrounded the referee.
One of them must have said something that the ref did not like as he lashed out knocking the player to the ground, and then kicked another before issuing a torrent of red cards.
Perhaps adding this kind of display to the Premier League would add even more spice into the mix, but somehow I cannot imagine too many players wanting to mess with Howard Webb.
