Real Madrid’s Portuguese international defender Fabio Coentrao could possibly be on his way to Liverpool or Arsenal in the summer after having been offered to the Premiership pair by the Spanish giants.
The 26-year-old has only made two league starts this season and now looks almost certain to be on his way out of the Santiago Bernabeu next summer after having failed to become a regular in trainer Carlo Ancelotti’s team.
And according to reports in the Express, the European champions hope to get a deal done in place with either Arsenal or Liverpool before the summer transfer window opens.
Coentrao could be a good investment for either of the English clubs with the Portuguese defender almost certain to be available at a reasonable price and give his age he still has plenty of playing time left ahead of him.
