According to Manchester United legend Eric Cantona you can forget about the two La Liga stars as for him Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United summer signing target Javier Pastore is the “best player in the world”.
While speaking to French sports daily L’Equipe Cantona said: “For me, the best player in the world is Javier Pastore.
“I watched two PSG games just to see him play.
“He has something special. Football is an interactive game and Pastore always has the ability to surprise.
“Nothing special, no, but fantastic passes. He is the most creative player in the world. I love this kind of player.”
The 25-year-old Argentinian attacking midfielder is being linked to a summer move to the Premier League after having yet to sign a new contract at the Parc des Prices.
