In what every Manchester United fan was afraid of Spanish giants Real Madrid are coming for Red Devils goalkeeper David De Gea.

The Daily Mirror says that Real Madrid has now opened talks with the 24-year-olds representatives knowing that the Spanish international has already been offered a whopping £140,000 per-week to stay at Old Trafford.

The Madrid born player may find it hard to resist a move back home, and with Los Blancos needing to replace Iker Casillas they would pay whatever it takes to sign De Gea.

Here at Soccer Transfers we have had a feeling about this transfer for some time and can point to the fact a goalkeeper of the quality of Victor Valdes would not have joined any club to be their number two keeper, which suggests LVG knows a De Gea exit is on the cards.
