Manchester United moved close yesterday to signing long term Liverpool candidate FC Dnipro star Yevhen Konoplyanka according to talkSPORT.
Despite Liverpool nearly signing the 24-year-old Ukrainian international last January Manchester United is now favourites to bring the winger to the Premiership.
Konoplyanka helped Dnipro qualify for next seasons Champions League by scoring eight goals is well known to England fans after scoring in the 1-1 World Cup qualifier with England at Wembley, and could now be on his way to Old Trafford for £12 million.
“Officially, there’s a specific amount for which we don’t have the right to not release Konoplyanka,” the source said.
“If Man United offer favourable conditions and agree terms with Konoplyanka, then no one can do anything.”
