Manchester City has apparently decided to enter the race for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba this summer and is prepared to offer French international Samir Nasri and cash in an attempt to sway the Italian champs into letting one of Europe’s most wanted players move to the Etihad.

Nasri appears to have fallen out of favour with City trainer Manuel Pellegrini who has not include the 27-year-old former Arsenal man in his squad since the match against Leicester last month.

And with it appearing as if Nasri’s days in Manchester are coming to an end the club is prepared to offer him and cash to Juventus in the hope of beating out both Chelsea and Manchester United to their 22-year-old star midfielder.

City’s other concern is the Financial Fair Play rules and according to the Mirror by letting Nasri go to Turin it will help to balance the books.
