Both Liverpool and Arsenal are preparing to raid Serie A side Lazio in January for former Barcelona youth player Keita Baldé Diao.
Liverpool have been tracking the 19-year-old forward since last season, and now reports in Italy carried by the Sunday Express claim that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is also a fan of the Senegalese striker.
Born in Spain Keita Baldé Diao was a part of the Barcelona set up before moving to Italy to play for Lazio in 2011, and while Lazio say he is not for sale, the belief is that an offer of around £30 million would be enough to make them change their minds.
