Kroenke ready to fire Wenger and make Thierry Henry manager

After a change of influence in the boardroom at Arsenal since majority shareholders son Josh Kroenke has stepped up his work with the club the Daily Mail, is reporting that Wenger could be replaced in the summer and that the heir to the Wal-Mart billions wants Thierry Henry to be given the job.

The 34-year-old is said to be fed up with how Wenger is running things and left the Emirates Stadium furious after the midweek loss to Monaco with reports suggesting that he wants to see sweeping changes made.

Other possible candidates for Wenger’s job include his assistant Steve Bould and Ajax manager Frank de Boer.
