British radio station talkSPORT is today claiming the sources close to Cesc Fabregas have confirmed that the Barcelona midfielder will be joining Chelsea for £30 million.
The 27-year-old Spaniard is being signed as a direct replacement for Frank Lampard who is leaving Stamford Bridge with the intention of playing in the United States for new MLS franchise New York City FC.
Arsenal and Manchester United was also interested in signing Fabregas, but it is Jose Mourinho who will be looking at him to help win next seasons Premiership title for Chelsea.
