The British tabloid Sun newspaper is reporting that Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo is taking French lessons in preparation for a world record £100 million move to French champions Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.
The Portuguese striker had just signed a new contract with Real Madrid that was thought to see him finish out his playing days with the club. The five-year deal comes with a wage of £288,000 per-week, yet according to the Sun PSG are prepared to offer him even more to move to Paris.
Personally I do not see too much merit in this story and believe that Ronaldo is very happy in the Spanish capital even scoring from the penalty spot yesterday, helping his team to a 2-0 win over Malaga while rivals Barcelona lost their prefect star to the season drawing 0-0 with Osasuna at El Sadar.
