It is looking as though Chelsea will get their dream striker in the form of Brazilian Douglas Costa this summer after failing to sign him in January despite having tracked his progress for the past 18-months.
The Blues put a bid in for the Shakhtar Donetsk forward in January but got knocked back by the Ukrainian side, despite the 24-year-old pleading with them to let him leave.
According to Le Sport 10, Chelsea has now made another offer believed to be closer to the £22 million that Shakhtar is offering knowing that French champions Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in the former Grêmio star.
