As if the news of Cesc Fabregas signing for Chelsea was not bad enough, Gunners fans have woken this morning to read in the Daily Mirror that midfielder Santi Cazorla is mad keen on a move back to Spain.
According to Spanish sports daily AS, Atletico Madrid flush with cash after selling Diego Costa and other top player’s this summer will turn their attention to the Arsenal midfielder.
Cazorla who moved to the Emirates in 2012 recently penned a new contract with the Gunners, but Atletico thinks the offer of 20€ million and the chance for Cazorla to return home will be enough to tempt the 29-year-old to leave.
