Chelsea, Real Madrid

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has given the green light to trainer Carlo Ancelotti to bring the man he signed for Chelsea in 2010 to the Santiago Bernabeu this transfer window.

According to Real Madrid mouthpiece MARCA and carried in the Daily Star Ancelotti has convinced the president that the Brazilian will be a good match for Real Madrid.

It is not all plain sailing for Madrid however as they must still convince Jose Mourinho to part with the former Cruzeiro and Joinville tough guy.

Brazilian Ramires is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2017, and with the departure of Frank Lampard the Brazilian international will be needed more than ever, which means Madrid will have to come up with some astronomical figure just to tempt Chelsea to consider selling.
