Arsenal could possibly lose fan favourite Santi Cazorla after Atletico Madrid target the 30-year-year old as a replacement for Turkish national team captain Arda Turan who is looking to leave the mattress makers just four-seasons after joining them from Galatasaray.

The 28-year-old has made it abundantly clear that he wants a move away, and is thought to be favouring Catalan giants Barcelona despite interest from both Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain.

Among other possible candidates to replace Turan you have Yevhen Konoplyanka, Kevin De Bruyne and Barcelona’s Pedro.

Atletico trainer Diego Simeone is said to prefer Cazorla though, and may try to entice the Spaniard to return home to finish out his career by offering him a lucrative contract that takes him beyond the 2017 end date he currently has at the Emirates.
