Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has dropped a little hint suggesting that more new players are to arrive at the Emirates this January.
With the window closing on February 2nd the Gunners are still trying to sign a centre-back and a holding midfielder, and while already signing 17-year-old Krystian Bielik, and in talks with Villarreal centre-half Gabriel Paulista, Wenger said: “With Gabriel Paulista, we are ready to pay the price if we think it is the right price.
“If we do sign him, then it won’t necessarily be us done in the transfer window.”
