Representatives for Arsenal are set to fly out to Argentina in the coming days to sign 16-year-old footballing prodigy Maxi Romero.
The Argentinian youngster currently plays for western Buenos Aires side Velez Sarsfield who were hoping to offer him a professional contract, but reports now say Arsenal has stepped in with a £2 million offer and is willing to leave Romero at Velez on loan for the next two seasons.
