Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson is to be sent out on a season long loan with manager Arsene Wenger eager for him to get first team football.
At the moment it appears as if Newcastle and West Ham are leading the race to sign the 22-year-old who has one cap for England according to the Sunday Mirror.
Newcastle is betting that they will lose Mathieu Debuchy to Paris St-Germain during the summer while at the same time West Ham manager Sam Allardyce has said he is also interested.
Despite the fact that Arsenal first choice right-back Bacary Sagna has not signed a new contract Wenger has already made up his mind on sending Jenkinson out on loan.
