This morning Spanish sports website Fichajes.net is reporting that Barcelona winger Pedro is fast becoming disillusioned as to his role with the Catalan giants, and is worried that he will be used as a backup for Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez once he returns from suspension.

Spaniard Pedro who has only played 90 minutes for Barcelona this season is worried that he will drop down the pecking order at the club and is keen to talk with Arsenal or Liverpool regarding a move in January.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has tried to lure the 27-year-old winger to the Emirates before, and will be even keener now to line up Pedro with his former teammate Alexis Sanchez in the Gunners front line.

Liverpool meanwhile would see Pedro as the ideal replacement for Luis Suarez and with his Champions League experience could be too good of a player for Liverpool to let slip through their hands.
