Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado only joined the Blues from Fiorentina in January for £23.2 million, but has failed to settle in England and would now appear to be heading back to Italy after having held talks with manager Jose Mourinho to discuss his future at Stamford Bridge.

Apparently the meeting went well with the Portuguese manager telling the Colombian international that he could leave London with a loan move to Inter Milan a very strong possibility according to Sport Mediaset.

The transfer to the San Siro would initially be a loan with the Italians having the option of making the move permanent at a later date.
