Adnan Januzaj is the latest Manchester United player to be linked to a move away from the club but only on loan to Italian Serie A.

It has been reported that Fiorentina and Juventus are both interested in signing the Belgian international on a short term loan deal in January but it’s not quite clear if Manchester United will allow the 19 year old leave Old Trafford as he is presently one of the best players from the United bench.

Adnan Januzaj was close to making his debut under Sir Alex Ferguson and he was said to be a player Sir Alex told Moyes to nurture and help grow in the game.

Eventually made his debut last season, Adnan Januzaj was probably the only positive thing in Manchester united under David Moyes.

He got involved in so many games which earned him a call up to the Belgian national team by Marc Wilmot.

Although he was a on the bench for Belgium at the world cup, he remains a top talent and everyone is been careful so as not to overload the youngster as he grows in the game.

Januzaj’s involvement this season with Manchester United has been cut short with the arrival of Angel Di Maria, Daley Blind and Radamel Falcao.

The United youngster have played in at least three matches this season as a substitute which shows he is still highly relevant in Old Trafford and the club may not be willing to sell him.

To aid his development, he needs game time and it is not certain he can get that game time in Manchester United although Louis Van Gaal is known to be an expert in giving opportunities to young players and have already said he is willing to give Adnan a chance.

Even at that, there will be limited game time for Januzaj except there is a long layoff for either Juan Mata or Angel Di Maria.

The versatility of Januzaj also makes him a great player for any manager to have in his team and he will be a big hit in any club but his development must be guided with caution.

It is therefore of the opinion that Januzaj should probably stay back in Manchester United to fight for his place, he might not be in the first eleven but certainly the first or second best player to on United’s bench when it comes to the game changing abilities which he has shown a couple of times.

A loan deal for the Belgian will also be benficial to the Manchester United and the player for experience, adaptability and development sake but going to the right club is more important.

Anderson’s loan move to Fiorentina proved negative and Januzaj to Fiorentina or Juventus will probably end up the same way.

It’s clearly unseen as to whom Januzaj will replace in the Juventus system and his attacking potency might be altered in such a switch.

Any loan move must be done wisely to help in the effective development of Adnan Januzaj.
