Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger had to listen to what Gunner fans thought about him and the 3-2 loss to Stoke City as he boarded the train to London following the match at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday.

Mark Hughes’s team took an early 3-0 lead in the first half before a Santi Carzorla penalty and a goal by Aaron Ramsey managed to give Arsenal some respectability.

A group of travelling fans however were not impressed by the performance telling the 65-year-old Wenger to “f*** off and leave” while at the same time telling Costa Rican striker Joel Campbell to leave the Emirates before the situation got any worse.

Now sitting 13-points behind league leaders Chelsea, many fans are blaming Wenger for being stubborn by not bringing in any defensive reinforcements during the summer when he had the chance to do so.
