manchester united,

Manchester United will have to ensure manager Louis Van Gaal is sacked at the end of the current season if the club does not want to face an exodus of key players in the summer reports have revealed. According to telegraph, key Manchester United players are not happy with the Dutchman’s tactics and will consider leaving the club this summer if LVG is not sacked.

Although Jose Mourinho has been rumoured to be earmarked as replacement for Van Gaal, some reports ( especially from the Netherlands ) claim Manchester United’s vice CEO Ed Woodward has decided to keep LVG for at least one more season.

Should this reports be true, players such as Marcus Rashford, Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick could be forced to leave the club this summer. Youngster Rashford in particular was said to have almost gone physical with the Dutchman in training this week after the Dutchman heavily criticised Rashford after the 3-0 hiding received in the hands of Tottenham last weekend.

In my opinion, I strongly believe Manchester United should sack Louis Van Gaal this summer. You can’t spend over £250 million in the transfer market and be finishing outside the top four.

The FA Cup remains Louis Van Gaal’s only hope of winning a silverware with Manchester United this season.
