Despite Manchester United struggling to gain the important team balance, the club captain Wayne Rooney is convinced manager Louis Van Gaal is the right man for the job and believes Manchester United’s future is secured with the manager in charge.

The Red Devils have lost two of their first five English Premier League games this season and will be hoping the recent loss at the King Power Stadium will only motivate the team to get better results in upcoming fixtures.

Wayne Rooney was made Manchester United captain last month by Louis Van Gaal and the captain have been in charge since the beginning of season but his two goals this season has done little to help United avoid dropping important points.

Wayne Rooney was is pleased with the arrival of top class players in the team this summer believes the team will gel soonest and their abilities will be shown with their results and criticised Manchester United critics instead.

The striker believes the recent loss to Leicester City will motivate the team to perform better and produce better results in the future as this period is only a period for their growth.

Wayne Rooney himself have been at the end of lot of criticism this season with many believing the striker have not done enough to have a regular starting shirt in both Manchester United and England.

Manchester United manager have however used Wayne Rooney in different positions this season with the striker ready to stay committed to the team’s plan.

Wayne Rooney’s believe is definitely spot on and it’s of the opinion that Manchester United will get back to their best soonest.

Getting a balance is of utmost importance despite recent results and Wayne Rooney and colleagues will hope to get it as soon as they can with United already 8 points behind leaders Chelsea.

It’s of no use comparing a Chelsea and Manchester City team to a Manchester United team that is just going through rebuilding.

It won’t take few weeks or months to build that team that will become a major force and that’s what critics should keep at the back of their minds.

Pellegrini won the title in his first season by only putting the balance to a solid and strong team he meant on ground.

Mourinho went trophyless last season with Chelsea not because the team wasn’t good but it wasn’t balance; an issue he fixed this season and the reason why they have started the season on the bright side.

Wayne Rooney and colleagues will also have to work really hard and hope the young players in the squad can get enough maturity which will help stabilize the team in no time.

The stability is important for Manchester United survival and it’s still of the opinion that Manchester United is good enough for a top four finish and they remain favourite even though the competition for a top four place will be stiff.
