Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is changing the policy of the way they club will move forward by only targeting players that are available for under £15 million while also trying to put a team together which contains a majority of British players, according to the Sun.

Emmanuel Adebayor will be part of a mass summer clear-out at Tottenham as the club adopt a new transfer policy, according to the Sun.

Heading for the White Hart Lane exit will be Emmanuel Adebayor, Younes Kaboul, Etienne Capoue and Paulinho as manager Mauricio Pochettino sets about putting a new team together.

And while this all might sound appealing to England manager Roy Hodgson, here at Soccer Transfers we feel it will just widen the gap between Spurs and the current top-four of the Premiership who will all be spending big-money in the transfer market this summer.
