Looking at him you would not think that Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is the emotional type, but apparently not after METRO publish a photo of the England international being consoled by Arsenal’s Kieran Gibbs.
Sturridge was a constant threat against Arsenal in their 2-1 win over Liverpool, but Sturridge may feel he let his side down after missing two clear chances to score.
After the Match the 24-year-old took to Twitter and admitted that he was heartbroken over the defeat.
