Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United target Paulo Dybala is nearing a £30 million move from Italian Serie A side Palermo, but it is not to any of the three Premiership giants with the Argentinian striker leaning towards Jürgen Klopp’s Borussia Dortmund.

This change in fortune came about after Klopp identified the 21-year-old as the kind of striker he needs and sent representative of the Westphalia club to Sicily to iron out a deal.

At first Klopp was hoping to try and negotiate a lower price for the red-hot striker, but sources in Italy claim that Dortmund has now agreed to pay Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini’s asking price.

Should Dybala move to the Signal Igunda Park it could spell the end of Ciro Immobile’s time with Dortmund, and open the door for either Liverpool or Juventus to sign him.
