Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has given Manchester United fresh hope of re-signing him after the young Frenchman confirmed he still has love for the club.

Pogba left Old Trafford in 2012 to join Juventus where he has developed into one of the world’s best midfielders, and with his agent recently declaring that the 21-year-olds time in Italy could be coming to an end both Manchester and Chelsea are watching developments closely.

Despite a less than acrimonious exit from Old Trafford when Fergie was still the boss, Pogba has said he would certainly consider going back to his former club.

‘I’m an impatient type, that’s why I left Manchester United. I felt that I had to. The coach had confidence in me but I was not playing,’ said the Frenchman.

‘Ferguson told me “Your time will come” but that moment never came. But this does not mean that I will not speak with Manchester United. I love the club.’
