Moyes: A picture is worth a 1,000 words

Sunderland fans will all be enjoying their trip back to the Northeast tonight after beating Manchester United on penalties to book a place in the Capital One Cup final where they will meet Manchester City.
With United looking as though they had done enough to hang on as the game was going into its final minutes of the 30 minutes of extra time after being tied 2-2 on aggregate after 90 minutes.
Sunderland were piling on the pressure, and it was evident for all watching that there were plenty of tired legs out on the pitch including those of Sunderland‘s Peter Beardsley whose weak shot at the United goal saw Spanish keeper David De Gea produce the biggest howler of his time at Old Trafford completely mishandling the shot only to see it roll into the net behind him.
Despite the howler United managed a quick counter goal from Hernandez to take the game to penalties.
The ensuing penalty shootout produced a dreadful display from both teams, but Sunderland managed to get the better of United leaving manager David Moyes to wonder what he has to do to turn it all around.
Watch De Gea’s howler in the clip below.
