Arsenal and Chelsea will have to get themselves in gear quickly if they have any desire to seal a transfer deal for Palermo striker Paulo Dybala as Inter Milan prepares a huge-bid for the Argentinian youngster.
Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport is saying today that Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini was on hand Sunday to watch Dybala in action during the 1-0 loss to Parma, and while Dybala failed to score in that match he has found the back of the net 13-times for the Sicilians so far this season.
Mancini was apparently impressed by the 21-year-old and will recommend that Inter make a bid in the region of £20 million so that he can bring him to the San Siro.
