Following Borussia Dortmund’s exit from the Champions League this week and a domestic season that manager Jürgen Klopp can’t wait to see the back of, the Westphalia side have some tough decisions to make this coming summer some of which will involve selling players who want out.

Chief among them is German international centre-back Matts Hummels who has been a Manchester United target since Louis van Gaal took over at Old Trafford last summer, and with a little more than two years remaining on his current contract United may be able to sign him for as little as £20 million.

The 26-year-old, who has 38 caps for Germany was upset after having been booed by the crowd during Dortmund’s 3-0 loss at home to Juventus on Wednesday night and now has rumours suggesting he is ready to join Manchester United in the summer.
