After been unveiled by the club yesterday, Radamel Falcao believes he will perform better at Manchester United than he would have at Real Madrid of Spain because of the style of play in Manchester United.
Radamel Falcao presently on loan at Manchester United could see his deal made permanent next summer and he said to be excited about the move to Old Trafford.
Falcao’s move to Real Madrid was close in the summer with a deleted twitter post from his profile stating his transfer to Madrid is almost completed. He later came out to deny this and completed a transfer deadline day move to Manchester United.
The striker refused to talk about Rela Madrid and said he is happy in Old Trafford and believes in the project at hand.
In the interview, Falcao said “I am very happy here; I believe in this project, I think United is the best club for my style of play and I am sure of my decision. I am sure that, in the future, it will be great for us.”
Radamel Falcao has stated that he will do everything possible to make his move to Old Trafford permanent and he is relishing the challenge in his career which he has always dreamt of.
In his reply, his desire will be to stay in Old Trafford for a long time and improve while confirming that he doesn’t feel any kind of discomfort with his knee after been left out for close to six months with a knee injury earlier in the year which saw him miss the world cup in Brazil. The striker confirmed he is comfortable and feeling confident as he already started playing about two months back in Monaco and he is also happy to have scored a couple of goals.
He confirmed Manchester United is in a process of rebuilding and he’s happy with the project at hand in Old Trafford and he believes he will settle in well enough and on time to repay the faith shown in him by the club and manager.
Falcao disclosed that the availability of top players at the club will help him settle in well and adapt quickly.
The intelligence of the players according to him will go a long way in helping him fit into the manager’s plan.
Daley Blind however has also confirmed he is comfortable playing from the defence or midfield and will play wherever the manager asks him to.
He committed himself to the plan and hopes to give his best.
