Just the other day it looked as though Kevin De Bruyne to Manchester City was a done deal, but all that has now changed with the news that Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are also interested in signing the Bundesliga assist king.

Wolfsburg manager Dieter Hecking told Spox.com: “Despite my esteem for Manchester City, I have to say that Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Barcelona have all expressed an interest in Kevin de Bruyne and there have been approaches for him. He will only leave if there is an extraordinary offer for him. I am not ruling anything out and we will listen to offers, but in reality we could allow him to leave for a huge offer.”

City were believed to be ready to pay £40 million for the 24-year-old former Chelsea midfielder, but now may have to rethink their offer following the interest of some of Europe’s other heavy hitters.
