Manchester City has a £71 million bid ready for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, and is just waiting for the 22-year-old French international to give them the green light to approach the Italian champions.

City has already held informal talks with Juventus to test the water and find out exactly how much it would take to sign this summer’s hottest property, and now has the 100€ million (£71m) plus add-on’s ready to go.

The Citizens have also been in talks with Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola and told the Italian they were prepared to pay the youngster a staggering £240,000 per-week plus bonuses if he were to move to the Etihad.

City is now waiting to hear from Pogba that he wants to join them before submitting their bid.
