Liverpool’s Serbian international winger Lazar Markovic is to join Fenerbahce on a season-long loan in search of the regular first-team football, report The Guardian.

The Reds have agreed terms with the Turkish club over Markovic’s move to play in the Turkish Super Liga after having failed for now at least to find a regular place in manager Brendan Rodgers team.

The 21-year-old is close to finalising the move to Istanbul. He will become the fourth of the nine players who joined Liverpool last summer to make a move in this transfer window.
