Liverpool have decided to offload some of their fringe players as manager Brendan Rodgers looks to bring in quality ready for Champions League football next season.

The Daily Star is reporting that Liverpool will sell Conor Coady, Iago Aspas, Suso and Samed Yesil after manager Brendan Rodgers has deemed them to be surplus to requirements at Anfield.

Conor Coady may already have found a home at Sheffield United after having impressed the Blades with his spell on loan with them last season, but Wolves are hoping that they can snap him up by offering Liverpool £1.5 million for the 21-year-old.

Portuguese side Porto meanwhile seem to be in the driving seat for Liverpool’s attacking midfielder Suso, and are ready to pay £3 million after seeing him play for La Liga side Almeria last season where he made 33 appearances for the Spanish club.

Yesil is also looking to broaden his horizon by making a loan move to Turkish side Trabzonspor that will include a signing on fee should the Turks wish to keep him.

As for Iago Aspas it just never worked out for the Spaniard at Anfield and now he will be returning to Spain with Liverpool hoping to get back most of the £7 million they paid Celta Vigo for him last summer.
