According to French sports daily L’Equipe both Liverpool and Tottenham are lining up moves for Magpies midfielder Olivier Kemen.
The young Frenchman is yet to make his debut for the senior team but has been a regular in the U-21 side for some time now attracting the attention of the two Premier Leagues sides that are now expected to make bids for the 18-year-old.
