Liverpool has reportedly agree personal terms with Croatian international midfielder Mateo Kovacic after the 21-year-old became the focus of a concerted effort by the Merseyside club to bring who they consider to be an underrated player to Anfield.

According to reports coming out of Croatia Liverpool has agreed personal terms with Kovacic, but have not yet sealed the deal with his club Inter Milan despite making a £15.2 million offer.

Inter Milan has a new boss in Roberto Mancini, and the Italian wants to put his stamp on the club, so will have no problem letting Kovacic leave if Liverpool can move closer to Inters £18.1 million valuation.
