Blues captain John Terry has said that playing for another English club other than Chelsea is not an option for him, unlike former teammates Frank Lampard and Petr Cech, and that he hopes that he is able to continue competing at Stamford Bridge for two more seasons.
Terry, speaking ahead of Tuesday night’s match against Barcelona in Washington said: “I am 35 at Christmas.
“So hopefully I’ll be around for another couple of years. I realise one day that my career will come to an end so I want to give everything these next few years.”
