8Real Madrid trainer Carlo Ancelotti has told Spanish sports newspaper Marca that he is in no hurry to discuss his future at the Santiago Bernabeu and has already begun preparing for next season.

“I am not in a hurry. I have another year on my contract to see whether or not to renew.”

“We have talked about sitting down to discuss, but the day has not come yet.

“If the club does not call me to renew today, they can call me in September, or not call me. I will not ask for a contract extension. Coaches depend on the results, anything can happen. I’m preparing for next season.

In what could prove to be good news for Manchester United and their desire to keep goalkeeper David De Gea at Old Trafford when asked whether or not Los Blanco’s goalkeeper Iker Casillas will remain with the club the Italian replied: “I am sure that Iker will stay at Real Madrid until the end of his career.”
